When your grey hair glistens, you know that nothings missing. You've achieved your timings so beautifully, that its time to observe yourself more. Taking time to see how well you've aged, from the fine lines, to book choices changes, know that you have achieved great things.

There are milestones of Moon Timings that take place to us wonderful women on Earth.  They are Peri-menopause, Menopause, and Post-menopause.  They are the next best achievements in life, the wonderful women-hood life. At these times of body awakenings there are great moments to focus on. You have reached a level of grace, love, compassion, and teaching to others, by just being you.  You have survived different colds, flus, knitting disasters, and laundry plunders, you have fixed buttons on shirts, cooked great meals, learned new fads in exercising that may have led you to return again and again to middle school gym stretching. You have had wheatgrass, tea from all over the world,  and used computer telephones now. Microwaves exists, along with hot-flashes sometimes. There are so many great inventions, insights and more to help heal what comes up during these moon timings.

If you have hot flashes, try getting acupuncture, drink plenty of water, even look into drinking Aloe Vera Juice.  If you have muscle aches, try getting massages, simple exercises regularly helps with great strength achievement to overcome anything. Regular, even when you don't have periods anymore if the greatest thing to remember. REGULAR, eating, REGULAR exercise, REGULAR sleep patterns, REGULAR entertainment, REGULAR R&R, REGULAR phone calls with family, friends, REGULAR Dr. appointments, REGULAR prayer.  Gardening helps to keep women regular as well, at any age.

Remember to enjoy your time being at your moon times, and beyond. Young women are always watching, and learning, keep showing us the great things to come as we grow up a women!

Cheers!
