Options for the Ladies

Dear Women kind. How do you feel?

It is important to discuss your support. How is your bra? Is it comfortable? Have you heard about going wireless in this day and age?

Have you tried out different types of bra types? How do you feel most supported?

In Chinese Medicine we follow the Holistic Approach, meaning, your support if full support. What you chose to support you, is for all of you, your body, mind, and spirit. They all are supported by your perfect, and comfortable bra.

Its ok to be wrong once or twice with a pretty bra you like, but once you learn your bra type, the feeling of full and safe support is nice. By safe we will discuss wires, or wireless bras, that is. Some say a wire is lymphatic drainage resistance.  While a wireless bra may be a bit less restrictive, and more free flowing for sure for the lymphatic system.  The lymphatic system is a series of little tubules that filter water materials from the muscles, tissues (including fat) and connective tissues. to the sweat glands, and kidneys to be processed out of the body fully through the excretion fluids. It is so important to check in with yourself, are you sweating enough?  Are you drinking enough to sweat enough?  Are you peeing enough?  These are important observations when choking the right bras.

We all know that there are many different types of bras.  Therefore mixing them up throughout the week is optimal.  Choosing three days with wire bras, and four days with wireless bras is a great option.  Victoria Secret has plenty of wire and wireless options, Target has many bra options with wires and wireless bras, Sonoma does as well.  The company you choose is up to you, and so is your support, your full support. Take care of yourselves ladies, and know that there are plenty of women out there to ask for bra support help as well. The women at the stores are trained to measure you and help to ensure you get the right size bra for you... and remember sizes are different sometimes at every store... just a little... and every country... so just be strong, be bold, be brave, take care of your health and find the best bras possible for your comfort for your full body care.

Then you can rest for years, with the right bras dears.

Blessings.

Urinals? Men's Health?

How are you men doing? How do you feel about the strength of Men's Health in the US of A.  What inspires you to stay health, eat health, and be thinking only healthy thoughts, especially to lovely women and men.

What helps you to control your thoughts?  There are many different thoughts men must control, from thoughts at the urinal, to thoughts at dinner with your date (male or female). What are your thoughts about meat. Do you like meat rare, medium rare, medium, or well done? Mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes, or tater tots?

Who pays for dinner? You or your date? How do you deliver the bill to your date to pay? Can you decide what to say to that?

Deciding what to say as a male in different situations in life is very important. From the Urinal, to the restaurant, to chapstick. Coco butter lip balm? Like what do you say? How to you keep in line? With the lines? In line at the boxing show of Boom Boom Manchini? Like where do you go for what to say to know? To say?

At least check in with Men's Health Magazine. Periodicals. Woman scenes. Rare meat ideas.

Peace and love to men to say the right things.

Breast Massage, Do Take Care.

How often you do self care is so important.  Taking time to do your own breast massage is the best thing for you to do.  At least once a month using coconut oil, or sesame oil, or a nice gentle almond oil.  Using oils that are gentle to the skin is super important.  The next step is to learn that your armpits hold many little nodes, called lymph nodes that help the body to cleanse and detoxify the tissues of fluids that need filtering.  The filtering then travels through the body to the kidneys where it is filtered more and the waste products pass out through the urine.

The next step is to use the oil, warm the oil if you can and then apply it to your breast one at a time.  This is the goal, to show your body that you are paying attention to it and caring for yourself in a loving way that it can always remember to function properly.  Massaging the oil in circular motions slowly is the goal.  Try to massage gently and soften the tissues, some women hold stress in their breast tissues, and even in the pectoralis muscles that help to hold the breasts.  With the circular movements you can start around your nipple, and then make the circular movements larger all the way out to the armpits.  Again remembering that the breast tissues filters out through the lymphatic drainage system via the armpits.

Massaging your breasts can bring a great shift to your mood, help you with weight-loss, it tightens your tissues while softening, and increases blood flow throughout the body.  Your breasts work directly with your sex glands and therefore you can even heal and balance your female or male hormones. Breast massage is not just for women, men need breast massage too.  No matter what age you are, encourage each other to self care check-in once a month with self breast massage.

When your grey hair glistens, you know that nothings missing. You've achieved your timings so beautifully, that its time to observe yourself more. Taking time to see how well you've aged, from the fine lines, to book choices changes, know that you have achieved great things.

There are milestones of Moon Timings that take place to us wonderful women on Earth.  They are Peri-menopause, Menopause, and Post-menopause.  They are the next best achievements in life, the wonderful women-hood life. At these times of body awakenings there are great moments to focus on. You have reached a level of grace, love, compassion, and teaching to others, by just being you.  You have survived different colds, flus, knitting disasters, and laundry plunders, you have fixed buttons on shirts, cooked great meals, learned new fads in exercising that may have led you to return again and again to middle school gym stretching. You have had wheatgrass, tea from all over the world,  and used computer telephones now. Microwaves exists, along with hot-flashes sometimes. There are so many great inventions, insights and more to help heal what comes up during these moon timings.

If you have hot flashes, try getting acupuncture, drink plenty of water, even look into drinking Aloe Vera Juice.  If you have muscle aches, try getting massages, simple exercises regularly helps with great strength achievement to overcome anything. Regular, even when you don't have periods anymore if the greatest thing to remember. REGULAR, eating, REGULAR exercise, REGULAR sleep patterns, REGULAR entertainment, REGULAR R&R, REGULAR phone calls with family, friends, REGULAR Dr. appointments, REGULAR prayer.  Gardening helps to keep women regular as well, at any age.

Remember to enjoy your time being at your moon times, and beyond. Young women are always watching, and learning, keep showing us the great things to come as we grow up a women!

Moon Timings for Young Women

10/2/2017

How amazing are we! I'm a little older now, and checking in.  What wonderful timings we bring to the Earth, we remind all people about the Seasons, the day and night cycles, the Sun the Moon and the Stars.  Being a great women brings peace to the Earth by far.

Being a woman come with different timings, of heaven showing us what being on Earth really means. We get direct messages at times, that say hey its time to take care of ourselves more, to look more within, and be proud of everything.  It is important to know what you need at your timings of the month.  Whether its chocolate, books a special blanket, soft pillows, and especially flowers. Make sure to take are of yourself in loving ways. Flowers are an amazing inspiration for us women of an timing to focus on learning about.  They teach us about colors, they teach us about smells, they teach us about sensations with touching the petals and the leaves.  Even more so they teach us about timings, their timings. Some flowers are perennials, some flowers are awakened to being open for just a week long.  Some flower only open one month out of the year.

When you study the flowers, focus on the women feelings, and then look to feel where the men strength feelings for you as a women comes in. Who is there?  Mother Nature knows, your Father, your Grandfather, you brother, your Cousin.  The men maybe sometimes felt in the leaves and the stems.  Its a great visualization to spend time awakening to who and what holds and takes care of you.  Picking out your favorite flowers is so special, the color that matches your emotions, the smell that you like the best, the feeling of the petal (is it smooth, is it fuzzy, does it glisten in the Sun?)

Now if your an Older Sister, the greatest things you could do, is to help your sisters recognize their favorite flowers too! Spend time showing your sister, or sister what is so special about flowers, and let them tell you too about the flowers they choose.  At times of the month when the young women are old enough, remember your favorite flowers, and the women feelings of love that are there for you, and the wonderful men helper too. Periods are private times for young women, very true. To know that we always have our love and helpers is the greatest feeling in the world.

Many blessings of great months and months and months of perfect timings that arrive perfectly. May they be wonderful times that reconnect you to nature, may they be special times to eat the favorite foods that you like, love foods (within reason), and healthy foods (that are love foods too). May you find the artist within, to do great things there too, to paint , to draw, to make music, you can do anything you can dream of!

Cheers and be well!

Meditation to Overcome Pain

8/28/2017

When you feel pain, you go through a process of awakenings that tell your body what is going on and how to feel.  The afferent and efferent fiber signals to the brain that there is pain, where the pain is, and  bring alertness to the body to send healing, white blood cells and more to the area of pain. This brings about the inflammatory response that flushes the area out to clean it, and inspire great healing to the site.  From any trauma, such as a cut or a bruise, to arthritis and Fibromyalgia, pain can be acute (temporary), or chronic.  There are many modalities that help one to heal their pain, from taking pain killers such as Tylenol, or Advil, to using homeopathy such as Arnica Montana, or getting Acupuncture.  The goal to is find the best tool that works for you.

Meditation can help inspire the mind to overcome the ideas and feelings of pain and help one reach greater levels of healing even thought of in a text been in med school.  What if we can just think about pain differently, and build up our defenses to hold ourselves more than letting our pain dictate how we are.  Through relaxing, and first learning to relax, building a pattern of relaxing that comes to us regularly. one is able to reach the next step of mind balancing pain.  Pain is a physical symptom, but each person has a different pain tolerance level right? Throughout my life observations and my practice I have noticed that the level of pain tolerance usually grows and grows and grows when someone has chronic pain.  Now pain can be felt and observed as different builds of emotions as well. Is the site of pain red, inflamed, and angry, does that emotion reach the patient too?  When working with Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, we work on the physical pain as well as the emotions that build with the person having the condition.   When focusing on pain relieving meditation, see if you can tap into observing, (observing is a big part of premeditation, meditation, and post meditation) do you feel that your pain is surrounded by fear, fear of the unknown, of what is to come when there is arthritis in your pinky finger, is it going to spread? How do we stop it from hurting?  How does the first signs of arthritis get helped?  A great way is to observe the emotions of the pain and the emotions that come with the pain that is present. From there you can learn to train out the emotions, and fill yourself with with more love and healing.  Love overcomes all emotions overtime and in time.  To learn the right levels of love to build to overcome and help to heal the pain you are dealing with, if you are dealing with pain at all, or learning how to help heal another, know that love is the most important thing.

One's failing meditation can take around 10 minutes to 30 minutes where you focus on observing your self and you pain patters of emotions. The goal to is reach a level of understand and processing to make everything love, pain when turned into love heals faster thank pain that is filled with anger and emotional hurt hold.  Woah the hardest thing to think about until you realize that you, yourself are made of love, and no matter who or what comes into your life, your goal is to remember that you are love. So what is this pain that shows up sometimes?  Thats a deeper question for a meditation mind, and a meeting for one to have as well when they meditate.  You are smart, you can read this blog post, you have probably graduated high school. Somewhere in your old history text books there may be an answer that you read.  Soldiers in the battlefield protecting the country were able to overcome ridiculous trauma to get up and fight for the good of the country, for men and women, loved ones and strangers.  What can you build with your life to help you with your purpose to overcome your pain? Purpose is a huge plan that enables one to fight the good fight, push through and overcome for the greater good and more!  Keep on overcoming the pain and remember that you are love and are very loved!

Fresh food is so important for everyone to eat!  Local fresh food is the best, and organic if it is possible!  There are many different inspirations in picking what foods you eat and what you cook for your meals!  finding a good routine of planning out your meals for a month, and then meals for each season change is so important to make life easier.  This is a picture of the meal my Boyfriend Mike Masello and I cooked for dinner for my Father Sheldon Saferstein.  Both my Boyfriend and Father are Gluten Free, so we chose to make a Gluten Free Dairy Free Vegetable Lasagna. The "Cheese" is pureed cauliflower, and the sauce is pureed red pepper!  Lots of veggies means lots of super powers!  Please share your fun food inspirations below. :)

There are so many people out there who are handicap.  I was handicap when I was 15 years old.  I ended up getting Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.  Due to the heavy meds, I was homeschooled and after two years of my healing regime this way, it was introduced to Acupuncture.  It was AMAZING! after 6 months I was free of all pain and even showed the Drs. that I didn't need pain killers any more!  AMAZING!.  After about a year I was back in Public High School, and I even ran track.  It was amazing, the transformation, from every  point in my hand being red and swollen, to co problem at all!  It was absolutely a complete transformation!

From my transformation to another, I will share a little more about my Father who has MS, Multiple Sclerosis. He has had it for over 29 years and is now in a wheel chair for over 16 years.  He is doing well, having wonderful adventures in his wheelchair!  He is such an inspiration to me of always staying positive and feeling good no matter what happens in life. May he always have great days and enjoy be filled with love, light and happiness!
